Vergani Panettone – Raspberry & White Chocolate 750g

Founded in 1944, in a small pastry shop on Viale Monza in Milan, the enterprising Angelo Vergani started his own bakery. Now, Vergani is celebrated for its traditional panettone and other holiday treats.

A unique combination of the slightly acidic taste of raspberry and the sweetness of white chocolate in a perfect balance. The dough, made from natural yeast, flour, butter and fresh egg yolk, is enriched with white chocolate chips and raspberry puree for a creative version of the traditional recipe.

Enjoy with a cup of coffee for an afternoon pick-me-up, or serve for dessert with a glass of fortified wine.
