Based on the traditional recipe, this Italian Christmas cake is made with, flour, butter, fresh egg yolk, and natural yeast that founder Angelo Vergani created many years ago. It is an ultra-soft Christmas cake with a zesty citrus taste, filled with a delicious limoncello cream, mixed with small pieces of candied lemon peel, not raisins.
