Ardoino – Drupa Aurea Ligurian Extra Virgin Olive Oil From Pitted Olives 500ml

This “Drupa Aurea” version is made only from the pulp of the olive in order to obtain the most perfect and accomplished taste experience possible. Thanks to Ardoino’s unique know-how, the pulp is pressed separately from the kernel so that the oil obtained is of almost perfect purity.

Unlike other oils, Drupa Aurea is less acidic, has less bitterness and is therefore much more resistant to oxidation. It also offers more phenolic antioxidants but far fewer polyunsaturated acids than other types of oil.
